Mondrian Makes Its Bold Debut on the Turkish Riviera with Mondrian Bodrum

Ennismore and Cactus Group have announced the signing of Mondrian Bodrum, marking Mondrian Hotels’ debut in Türkiye and further strengthening Ennismore’s presence across Europe and the Mediterranean.

Set above the Aegean on the Turkish Riviera, the existing resort will be transformed into an adults-only destination with 108 keys, including suites and villas. AIME Studios, Ennismore’s in-house creative studio, will reimagine the property with a design informed by the cultural heritage and natural character of the Turkish coast.

The resort will feature an expansive swimming pool overlooking the Aegean, a reimagined beach club, private pier and water sports. Approximately 400 square metres will be dedicated to wellness, including treatment rooms, a traditional hammam, sauna, gym and movement studio.

Five dining and nightlife concepts are planned across the property, including Mimi Kakushi, Kyma Beach Club, SIPS, House of Ruins and a reimagined Aloha Bakery.

Servotel is playing a central role in bringing the project to life, connecting Cactus Group with Ennismore and the partners behind Mimi Kakushi and Kyma. The project will introduce both Mondrian and Mimi Kakushi to Türkiye for the first time.

Robin Kestek, Partner and Chief Business Strategy Officer at Servotel, described the project as a new dimension in Bodrum’s luxury lifestyle offering, bringing wellbeing, entertainment and art together within a socially driven destination.
