Marriott Signs The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer as First Luxury All-Inclusive Resort in EMEA

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Özak GYO to open The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive in Türkiye in 2028. The development will mark Marriott International’s first luxury all-inclusive resort in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Located in Kemer, Antalya, between a forested landscape and more than 1.2 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline, the resort is planned to feature 141 guestrooms, suites and villas. The villa collection will range from one to five bedrooms, while the wider resort programme will include extensive food and beverage offerings, entertainment and social spaces, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, fitness facilities, a children’s club, and tennis and padel courts.
The project is being developed by Özak GYO and represents the first collaboration between Özak GYO and Marriott International.
Servotel has played a key role in the project, bringing Özak GYO and Marriott International together for their first collaboration. Servotel Founder Ömer İsvan and Managing Partner Ayla Heyfegil highlighted the company’s four decades of global hospitality expertise and its role in helping bring the partnership together.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive is expected to open in 2028.
