Ayla Heyfegil, the vice president and managing partner of Servotel, has experience in developing projects in tourism, residential, mixed use and office functions; providing consulting services in concept development & project definitions, design management & design development coordination and sales & marketing to well-established and recognized projects in Turkey and CIS countries.
Ayla Heyfegil, who is a graduate of Bosphorus University, Istanbul, with a BSc. in Political Sciences; is a member of GYODER and ULI. Mrs. Heyfegil’s professional work history include; Alkas Retail & Entertainment Consulting, Kemer Yapı, Hamoglu Holding Tourism Group, Klassis Hotels, Resorts & Casinos.
Mr. Jospe, has been a partner of the firm for over 25 years. His finance and banking background has helped develop the highly structured, detailed and prudent approach of the firm to hotel feasibilities as well as financial control and audit functions. His experience with Servotel ranges from management of hotels in Spain and France to extensive project studies in 3 continents with a focus on financial management, risk analysis and risk management.
Graduate of and with an MBA degree achieved in Boston University, USA, Mr. Jospé is an Executive Member of the Swiss Hotel Corporation Trust. His professional work history include; Executive Manager at Max Travel Agency Division, Vice President at Drexel, Burnham & Lambert Inc., and Manager at Drexel, Burnham & Lambert Inc.
Alp Kaseyko has been working with Servotel as the General Manager and the Board Member since 1995, and has extensive experience in financial matters, especially in the hospitality sector.
Graduate of Marmara University, Istanbul, with a BSc. in Economics; Mr. Kaseyko has previously worked as the Manager of Finance, Accounting & Planning for NCR Turkey, and as the director of finance and administrative services at Adama, BEA-e Solutions Ltd. and Kemer Golf & Tourism Management.
Didem Muslu is the chief development officer and executive board member of Servotel. As a senior consultant responsible for the project development of mega and master plan developments, as well as the research department. Mrs. Muslu has supervised major projects such as the Third Airport, Agaoglu Bodrum, Ormanada, and Ozak Kazlıcesme
Graduate of Bosphorus University, Istanbul, with a BSc. in Business Administration; and an MBA degree achieved in the Univesity of George Mason, USA, Mrs. Muslu has received a Realtor License in MD, VA and DC, and has previously worked in Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., Fairfax, VA. Her past work experiences also include; Project Coordinator and a Managing Editor at the Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA) Turkish Times, in Washington, DC. and Pampers Brand Management at Procter & Gamble Istanbul. Mrs. Muslu is a member of American Women in Istanbul, and Robert College and GYODER Alumni Association.
Tuncay Kalfa is an executive board member and responsible for the technical coordination and supervision of all hotel and residential projects. Some of the major projects he has taken part of include Fairmont Hotel, Baku; Kempinski Hotel, Bodrum; Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum; Adana Sheraton Hotel; Hilton Bomonti Hotel; and Swissotel, Bodrum.
Graduate of Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, with a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering; Mr. Kalfa has previously worked as a Chief Engineer at Ciragan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul and Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Towers, as an Operation Manager in Van-Et Integrated Meat Processing Plant; as a Project Manager in Franz Kirchfeld GmbH and as a Project Evaluation Expert at Turkish Agricultural Bank.
Nihan Karahanoglu is a board member and responsible for the project development of mid to large scale projects, mainly incorporating hotels and tourism complexes. Mrs. Karahanoğlu has supervised major projects such as Torunlar Pasabahce, Mall of Istanbul, Sheraton Adana and Swissotel Turgutreis.
Graduate of Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir, with a Bachelor of Architecture; and an MBA degree achieved in Bedfordshire University, UK, Nihan Karahanoglu has previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Deloitte LLP, London; a Senior Project Manager at Drivers Jonas, London; and a Project Manager at Heery International, London. Mrs. Karahanoglu is a chartered member of APM (Association for Project Management) and an Incorporate Member of ICIOB (Chartered Institute of Building), in the UK.
Aylin Ogan Kırca, a board member of Servotel, is responsible of project development, specializing in residential asset management structuring and implementation.
Graduate of Ege University, Izmir, Engineering department; with a BSc. in Food Engineer, Mrs. Kırca has previously worked as the Managing Partner of Püre Danışmanlık; the Marketing & New Project Development Manager of Dukkan Publishing; the PR & Corporate Communication Manager at Rahmi M.
